and why I care...
I work with many new business owners who don't see the woods for the trees and struggle with overwhelm and frustration, not knowing what to do first and how to figure it all out.
That's where I've been, too.
When I started out with my coaching business, I didn't really know where to begin - and ran into all possible directions. I wanted to work with as many people as possible, help all of them, get experience, test my coaching process and the tools I had learned and earn money as quickly as I could. And at the same time I tried to figure out how to build my business and "make it work".
I started by doing a lot of things with no results. I spent hours and days on creating a website, a logo, business cards – waiting for people to find me. I took loads of marketing courses – just to realize that all I learned was another salesy method and pushy tactics which was not in line with my approach, my values and me as a person (did I mention that I'm an introvert and HSP...?). I followed what others said I HAD to do and made a gazillion mistakes - which taught me a lot about what I should NOT to do when starting a coaching business...
I spent way too much money, time and energy on all of this (and it didn’t bring me the promised 5-figure months within a couple of weeks, btw). And, even worse, my confidence in my abilities and my belief in my idea of a successful coaching business started to crumble...
It doesn't have to be this way. In those days, I have created my Kickstarter Framework that helps cut through the noise, focus on the things you really need and bring in your first clients!
I still use it myself as it serves me as a solid rock whenever I feel fuzzy. I come back to it again and again as I go along in my business.
Starting a business might not be easy, but it is much simpler than it seems. And it can (and should) be fun!
When I don't help solopreneurs get their business off the ground in a simple and effective way, you find me outdoors, usually somewhere in the Alps. Since a couple of years, I live in beautiful Switzerland - following my passion for mountains, snow and chocolate... Given that winter is my playground, I also work as a ski instructor and mental coach for young athletes - believe me, their challenges are similar to yours as a new business owner!

The truth is...
For serving clients, you need to attract clients. But what you've learned in your courses and certifications did probably not include business building. And now you're at a point where you realize that everything you've tried so far on your own to market your business does not help you get clients, make a living, or lead you any closer to your goals and dreams.
Most of the business courses out there teach you tools and tech you might find useful when you want to grow and scale your business. But when you're just starting out, you need the foundations to build on - in other words, you need to learn to walk before you start running a marathon (first steps first)... and you need to avoid being distracted by distant goals.
No amount of courses, tactics, tools, systems and trainings is going to work
if you don't have clarity about the foundations of your business!
And that's why we simplify your start and do steps 1-5 before you can do steps 6-27.

The world out there is noisy, especially in the online space.
Blame it on me being rather introvert, my ethics or my understanding of sincere human connections... but I really don't like pushy marketing and sales tactics, automated spam and cold outreach - not in my own inbox and thus not for my clients or anyone else!
I know there is a different way to do business, which is much more humane, gentle and transparent and sees clients as human beings I can serve. So, if you are tired of the noise out there, let's cut through it and build your business the way it feels honest and joyful for you and your clients!
